Description

Product Description

The Fabriano Aquarello Watercolor Studio Torchon is a high-quality paper designed specifically for artists who desire a distinct, expressive texture. The “Torchon” (extra rough) surface features a round-grain finish that allows for unique dry-brush effects and beautiful pigment pooling, making it a favorite for bold, atmospheric paintings.

Crafted from a blend of cotton and lignin-free cellulose, this paper offers the durability of cotton with the accessibility of the Studio line. As a 4-side glued block, it provides a stable, rigid surface that prevents the paper from buckling when wet—perfect for artists who want to skip the preparation of stretching paper.

Key Features:

Extra Rough Torchon Texture: Distinctive grainy surface ideal for creating depth and texture in your artwork.
4-Side Glued Block: Keeps the paper perfectly flat during use; simply detach the top sheet when your painting is dry.
Premium Composition: Made from a mix of cotton and lignin-free cellulose for long-lasting archival quality.
Versatile Medium Compatibility: Excellent for watercolor, gouache, acrylic, ink, and creative drawing.
Acid-Free: Ensures your work stays vibrant and resists yellowing or degradation over time.
